Second, the platform recommends the people who best match the profile you’re hiring for, and you — or a member of our team on your behalf — can reach out to them.

From all your applications and accepted requests, you can chat with anyone you choose using Joberos Connections.

For every person who applied or accepted your request, you can unlock contact with them. Each unlock gives you access to their contact details and opens a chat with them on the platform.

Each unlock costs 1 Joberos Connection.

No. Reaching out to the people recommended for each job position and messaging the people you’ve unlocked are both unlimited.

For each job position, the Joberos algorithm recommends people who match the role and are looking for work. You can reach out to any of them by tapping “Connect.” They’re automatically notified of your interest. They can accept or decline your request. You’ll get notifications as each request progresses, and you can unlock the conversation with anyone who accepts using Joberos Connections.

Every time someone applies or accepts your request, you get an email, a push notification and an SMS about it.

You also get emails and notifications for every new message, plus reminders about any pending actions you can take.

When you buy your next Joberos Connections package, all your unused Connections carry over into it. Your total balance then expires on the expiry date of the most recent package.

On Joberos you can boost any of your job positions to the top of the search results for the best-matched candidates. Each boost lasts 7 days. Just tap the lightning icon on the overview page of your published job positions.
