On Joberos there are 2 ways to chat with a person.
First (way 1), the algorithm recommends your job to the most suitable people who are looking for work within Joberos and they can submit an application.
Alternatively (way 2), the platform recommends to you the people who best match the profile of the colleague you are looking for, and both you – and a member of our team on your behalf – can reach out to them.
From all applications and successful approaches, you can chat with the people you want using Joberos Coins.
For every person who applied or responded positively to your approach, you can unlock communication with them. With each unlock, you get access to the person's contact details and a chat is created with them inside the platform.
To unlock a person you need to spend 1 Joberos Coin.
No, both the approaches to people recommended for each job and the exchange of messages with the people you have unlocked are unlimited.
For each job, the Joberos algorithm recommends people who match the position's characteristics and are looking for work. You can reach any of the recommended people by tapping "Connect" and they are automatically notified of your interest. People can accept or decline your approach. You receive notifications about the progress of each approach and can unlock the conversation with the people who respond positively using Joberos Coins.
Every time there is a new application or a positive response from a person you approached, you receive an email, a notification and an SMS about the person who performed the corresponding action.
For every new message, as well as reminders of the above, you receive additional emails and notifications about the pending actions you can take.
When you purchase a new consecutive Joberos Coins package, all unused Coins are carried over and integrated into the new package. The expiry date of the total number of Joberos Coins is that of the most recently purchased consecutive package.
On Joberos you can promote any of your jobs to the top of the search results for the most suitable candidates. Each promotion lasts for 7 days and can be done by tapping the lightning symbol on the overview page of your published jobs within the platform.
